Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not accept refunds, but in the event that you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will provide you with one free rescheduling to another vacant one. Please note that to receive this rescheduling, you must inform us at least 48 hours prior to the time of booking.


Please respect timings. You are expected to leave the pitch on time after you complete your game & arrive at least 15 minutes before any time given to you for pay & play, leagues, tournaments, coaching fitness or any special events. 

Footwear: Players must wear suitable footwear. That includes moulded rubber soles and sneakers. Blades, metal tips or bolted dowels are not permitted.

We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to abusive behaviour of any kind toward our staff. Should a customer abuse our personnel, we will cancel the booking immediately. If one player abuses our staff we will take away the group booking. It is up to you to communicate this to your group to ensure that our staff are not subjected to any kind of abuse.

All equipment (Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Badminton) is available on site. Please take care when using any of our equipment as you may be asked to replace any damaged goods or property.

PlayAir reserves the right to withdraw a reservation/reservations at its discretion. However, in case PlayAir cancels a reservation/reservations for reasons unrelated to the client, another date will be offered or all the money paid would be given back.

Force Majeure – in the event of a war, civil unrest, flood, adverse weather conditions or any other event outside the control of PlayAir, which forces the closure of PlayAir or has any other impact on bookings or users, PlayAir shall not be held liable and will return all money to the client should the booking not take place. However, if management feel that it is appropriate to keep the facility open then normal cancellation terms & conditions shall apply.


All users must be registered before the game begins and must sign a consent form agreeing to our terms and conditions. There is no refund, but you can re-schedule your booking to another vacant slot (one time only). Players are encouraged to arrive early as no entry will be allowed after the first 15 minutes of your allotted time. PlayAir reserves the right to give your reservation in the event that there is no one on the site 15 minutes after the start of your allocated time. Timing – Each booking is for a minimum of 60 minutes of time, although several slots can be booked at the same time. Please respect the current reservation in advance of your own. Please ensure that you wait until the current reservation to complete their session before entering the pitch. Any complaints about this will be taken seriously and could affect your position when you plan to make future bookings.
